Channeling the alfresco spirit of Oaxaca and Mexico City, the rooftop blended greenery, shareable Mexican-inspired dishes like plates of tacos, enchiladas, ceviches, quesadillas and handcrafted cocktails by mixologist Christian Rubio. With fresh cornmeal tortillas cooked to order and DJ-driven sounds beneath a glowing “La Última y Nos Vamos” sign, Serena embodied South Beach’s rhythm.
