Highlights from The Armory Show 2020

The Armory Show originated in 1994 when it was presented on the top three floors of the Gramercy Park hotel. At the time, it was one of the first fairs to invite international galleries to present their artists. It has since grown to be the most prominent art fair in New York City, currently hosting 178 exhibitors from 31 countries at Pier 90 and 94 on the west side of Manhattan.

Despite the concerns around the Coronavirus, the fair is running as planned and the art world is responding in likeness, as more and more people have attended and will attend the fair this weekend. Maybe without shaking hands but instead elbow bumping our way through the fair, we have selected our favorite booths, not to be missed this week.
