Art Paris 2025 marks a triumphant return to the Grand Palais, a Belle Époque masterpiece restored to its former glory. From April 3 to 6, the fair will host 170 exhibitors from 25 countries, reflecting its unique blend of regional and cosmopolitan identities. This edition’s thematic explorations include “Immortelle,” curated by Amélie Adamo and Numa Hambursin, focusing on French figurative painting, and “Hors limites,” curated by Simon Lamunière, highlighting cultural mixing and hybridization.
The fair’s commitment to artistic discovery is evident in its diverse programming. The “Promesses” sector, dedicated to young galleries and emerging artists, expands to the southern balconies of the Grand Palais, featuring 25 galleries, 59% of which are international. Additionally, 26 solo shows offer in-depth presentations of individual artists, while the new “French Design Art Edition” sector, staged by Jakob + MacFarlane, brings together 18 exhibitors specializing in contemporary design and decorative arts.
Art Paris 2025 not only celebrates the visual arts but also enriches the experience with a robust events program. This includes new themes, exhibitions, prizes, and panel discussions, alongside a VIP program offering exclusive exhibition visits and tours that highlight Paris’s vibrant cultural scene. The fair’s return to the Grand Palais underscores its significance as a leading spring event for modern and contemporary art, further cementing Paris’s status as a global art capital.
