A Canine Can Appreciate Great Art Too

Hyper-realistic strokes of brilliance by artist, Yigal Ozeri, garnered a sold out show and throngs of admirers at Mike Weiss Gallery last November 29th for the opening reception of his show, Territory. The massive images looked like Hi-Resolution photographs but are actually oil on canvas. There was nothing to be said but dire amazement as one’s eyes took in the works. Things get hotter and better at Mike Weiss Gallery as captured by AF photographer Deukyun Hwang. Is that really a painting? Scratch your head all you want but rest assured it is the reason why art in New York always surprises and entices. This territory is largely for your enjoyment!
